Beginning January 1, 2023, vision coverage is being offered through National Vision Administrators. This new plan includes a larger retail allowance for frames and contact lenses, plus the option of choosing both eyeglasses and contact lenses in the same year. NVA’s network includes three providers in Kirksville — Premier Eyecare Associates and International Eyecare Center for full service, as well as Walmart for the eyeglass and contact lens benefits.
Services through a Non-Network Provider:
If you choose an out-of-network provider, you must pay the provider directly for all charges and then submit a claim for reimbursement. Visit NVA’s website for more information.
